Can I invest if I am not a Wyoming resident of entity?
No. A Company utilizing the Wyoming Invests Now securities exemption is only permitted to receive investments from Wyoming residents (individuals, trusts or business organizations).
Is my investment tax deductible?
No. You are making an investment or loan and receiving securities or a promise of repayment in exchange for the investment or loan.
What is an accredited investor?
The most common way an individual qualifies as an accredited investor is by earning an annual salary of at least $200,000 for the past two years and reasonable expectation of the same in the current year (or $300,000 combined annual salary, if married) and/or have a net worth of at least $1 million, excluding primary residence. What is a non-accredited investor?
Any investor that is not an accredited investor is a non-accredited investor.
How much can I invest?
If you are not an accredited investor, you may invest up to $10,000 in each offering. If you are an accredited investor you may invest up to the total amount being raised by the Company pursuant to the WIN exemption.
Why can’t I view securities offerings on the WyomingWINs website?
To view offerings on the WyomingWINs website you need to first Register. If you have registered and are still having trouble please email techsupport@wyomingwins.com with a description of the problem.
Can I invest in more than one company?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of companies you may invest in.
Is the State of Wyoming reviewing the WIN exemption form?
The State of Wyoming is reviewing the WIN Exemption form only to determine if all applicable sections have been completed. The State of Wyoming is not confirming whether the information that is provided is complete or true.
May I cancel my investment in an offering?
Yes, you may cancel at any time prior to the offering Company meeting its minimum target offering amount.
